Header Images in Connect ?

In Survey123 Connect, is it possible to directly add an image, such as a logo, to the header? This is possible in the web app, but don't see it in Connect. Thanks!

Hello @GregKeith, 

It's not possible to set an image for the form_title, but you could create a note question at the beginning of the form that references an image in the media folder. 

If you are using pages you could place that note question in the first group so that it displays on the first page, or place it before the first group so that it displays across all pages.
