Looking at the Data we are building up hundreds of rows that are stored permanently in the app. Is there any way that just the data collected in the past few days is visible, suppressing the view of the older data. This would make it easier for the end user when viewing the data online. Is there anyway administratively to suppress the view of the older data?

Hi Peter,

If you are you referring to the 'Data' tab within the Survey123 website, you will find a 'Filter by Submitted Date' option in the top left corner.  From here you will find the following options...

Please provide more details if this is not where you or others will be viewing the collected data.

In the Survey123 website the data can be filtered by date, but cannot be edited. Only when on AGOL web site can viewing using the “Data” tab can the data be edited. We use the Survey123 to submit job hours and information, and at times the supervisors have to edit attributes do to mistakes or changes in job numbers. Having the ability to narrow down by date makes the task easier for our end users not having to sort hundreds and soon thousands of rows. Is there any way on AGOL in the data area to filter by date administratively?

You can use the method documented within the linked web page below in order to filter the records within a feature layer by date.

 Filter by data - AGOL

Other options include creating a hosted feature layer view for the supervisors, or using the Inbox functionality within the Survey123 field app in order to allow them to update/edit the exiting records within the field app itself.
