Embedded Survey Fields Not Returned

Hello!

I have a Survey123 form embedded in an Experience Builder application using the Survey widget. The workflow is designed so that when a user clicks on a point feature on the map, it opens the corresponding survey record for editing.

This mostly works as expected with most of the fields populating with the original data. However, a few fields are missing from the form when it's opened for editing.

The fields that are missing all have Choice Filters configured in Survey123 Connect. Could this be the reason they’re not being returned in the Survey widget? And if so, is there a known workaround to ensure these fields are included when editing existing records? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for sharing here. I have created an Exb app with a map and a survey widget, the field with choice filter can also get the value.

Could you please provide more detailsso we can investigate further? For example, are you using the "Edit an existing record" mode in the survey widget? Are you using the search appearance to pull the choice option from external layers? Are you able to edit the same survey record on the Survey123 website data page?

I have "Edit an existing record" selected as my method. The appearance is "minimal" on those fields that have the choice filter. Yes, I am able to edit the record in the survey123 site and the choice filter records are displayed there.
