Duplicated images as default answer

Dear community,

I have created a survey with Survey123 connect that has different image requests over different sections. These images aren't mandatory.

The problem I'm facing is that the images that get answered show images correctly, but the rest of questions that are skipped or not answered, get automatically populated with duplicated images from the other answered questions.

Is this a known problem?

Hi Adrian Lain Perez‌. This is not expected. Could you please share your XLSForm file? You can attach the file using the Advanced Editor option in GeoNet.  If you do not want to post  your XLSForm in GeoNet, you can also send it directly to me: ismael@esri.com

Also, please specify what is the version of the field app you are using to submit data, and the version of Survey123 Connect  used to publish your survey.

Little update here, turns out I had a newbie mistake. I used identical text under "name"column for some image fields, and those were then creating duplicated images on the final report.
