Have anyone been experiencing dropdown list options shown as "empty" circles using Edge (Android 118.0.2088.58) with Survey123 3.18 or 3.18 (Beta)?
Chrome (118.0.5993.80)
Edge (118.0.2088.58)
While I thinkg this is a browser issue (Edge - Android), this can impact all edge (android) users to not be able to see the dropdown options especially when options were loaded from a layer.
Any help would be great 🙂
I also tested with Edge (Beta) - Android [120.0.2173.0] and Edge (Canary) - Android [120.0.2173.0], and get the same result.
I will report to Edge Android team regarding this issue also.
Cordially,
Reno

Hi @ZacharySutherby ,
Will BUG-000141416 be addressed anytime soon? My organization is Microsoft 365 house, and we use its SSO with Edge on all our working devices including PC, laptop, iOS/Android devices. We have "Edge" as our default browser on all devices for easy SSO for all our web systems including ArcGIS Enterprise. We also have many S123 web forms for the whole org to use, and also public form for public as our 311. Therefore, please help me to see if it can be justified to be escalated. I really hope not needing to mention in the beginning of the form saying our web form doesn't support Edge on iOS and Android devices.
Thanks a lot!

Requested! Thanks 🙂 Hope it will be addressed soon!
Dear Esri Survey123 Team,
I’m reaching out to follow up on an unresolved issue that continues to impact our organization. In local government environments, many users rely on Microsoft Edge on mobile devices for SSO and store credentials for optimal user experience and cybersecurity. Survey123 is a critical tool for our operations, and we use it extensively across departments.
However, the persistent issue with dynamic dropdowns from feature layers not rendering correctly—showing only empty circles in the mobile version of Edge—has become increasingly frustrating. This limitation significantly affects usability and undermines confidence in the platform.
Could this issue please be prioritized for resolution? It has been outstanding for over two years, and we’re eager to see Survey123 continue evolving as a robust and reliable solution.
Thank you for your attention and for your ongoing efforts to improve the platform. I’m reaching out because I genuinely want to help make Survey123 even better.
@ZacharySutherby @IsmaelChivite please help 🙏🙏🙏
Sincerely,
Reno Sun
