Good morning,
I see a few posts posing a similar question, but they are all pretty outdated. I was wondering what the most updated way to remove deprecated Survey123s from our users' devices are? We have some surveys that have been revamped and deprecated, but many users are still using the outdated version and keep their would-be submissions sitting in their outbox. Additionally, with the amount of end users in our company, it would be very difficult to only rely on communication when asking end users to remove surveys, especially as many of them are not well-versed in the application.
Is there any way to prompt the user to delete a deprecated survey, like you can do with the "prompt update" feature? Or does anyone know the ESRI best practices relating to removing these deprecated surveys from their end user devices? Or have any input on how they handle deprecated surveys at their place of work?
Any input is appreciated. Thank you!
