Data collected offline, sent from app, but not appearing

Surveys created on web downloaded by 10 users, data collected offline in field, then sent, but the data does not appear in data view associated with survey. These are 4 different public surveys, shared through bitly link or downloaded directly through app. They have no geopoint, require a photograph. Some data sent from same account that created the survey do appear. But data sent from other accounts do not. Where do I start diagnosing this?

Hi Matt

Apologies - I jumped the gun about the fix being live - it will be in production shortely (I will update this post when it is). This is why republishing the survey reverts the permission changes you made in AGOL. So for the time being - change the permissions in AGOL and don't republish the survey. Then test whether you can successfully submit.

Cheers

John

This worked! Changing the permissions of the fieldworker feature service in

AGOL without publishing the survey in Survey123 is allowing users to send

their records.

Thanks, Matt

Just to confirm that the fix is live - but  will only apply to the publishing of new surveys on the web. Republishing will not fix the survey permission (the manual approach in AGOL is required).
