Code 0 on Survey123

I have a crew that's working in the field, often offline, to collect data with Survey123. Occasionally, they are running into an issue where, when they try and send from their outbox, they get a "Code 0" and the survey will not send. I found this in an ESRI Blog:

"BUG-000108893: Using Survey123 for ArcGIS field app, if a survey is taken while Offline, then the device is switched to Online, pending surveys in the Outbox will fail to send with Code 0."

So... has this been fixed? That seems to defeat the purpose of using Survey123 in the first place and it didn't seem to happen in older versions!


Any help would be appreciated. This is a HUGE problem for us right now!

Hi Sunny,

This is mostly addressed in the 2.7 release (which is coming out today), though there are still a few cases where it still occurs and will be working to resolve.  That being said, you can workaround the issue by simply quitting the application (i.e., going into the app switcher and removing it) and then restart the Survey123 - the surveys in the outbox will still be ready to submit.
