Cannot view analyze results for Single Select Grid type question

I'm having trouble viewing graphical results for 'Single Select Grid' type questions in the Analyze tab when building surveys with Survey123 Connect. 

When using the Survey123 web app, I can see the Single Select Grid results in the Analyze tab (Screenshot 1). But after converting (or copying) to Survey123 Connect, the Analyze tab results are gone (Screenshot 2). I'm trying to figure out why I can't see the same Analyze results with a survey created with (or converted to) Survey123 Connect.

I've attached my Survey123 Connect .xls along with the screenshots.

Any thoughts/ideas/solutions are appreciated!

Try removing the "null" from  "bind::esri:fieldType" in your "Field 1" group.
