Hi, I need some help please. I was working on a field tablet where the user indicated that they could no longer upload photos into a survey123 connect form. I backed up the user's sqlite database and the folder My Survey Attachments to my pc. This user had approximately 25,000 photos in that folder. I deleted the users Survey123 app on their tablet, and reinstalled it. Next, I wanted to copy back over the sqlite database and the My Survey Attachments folder. I copied the contents of the backup of the My Survey Attachments and pasted them into the My Survey Attachments folder on the tablet. It took such a long time, and it appeared to be stuck. So I deleted the folder. Now I know that folder, My Survey Attachments is a virtual folder only. Is there any way I can get that folder back on to the tablet? I have all the photos, 25,000 of them I need to paste back into the tablet. Thank you so much!

Hi and thank you for your recommendation. I too, thought sending a record up would automatically create the missing virtual folder 'My Survey Attachments'. Maybe it's the way the form is set up for editing responses and resubmitting them. I did send up a test record last Friday, Nov 8, but when I hooked up the Android Samsung tablet to my pc, no My Survey Attachments folder. I retrieved that record this morning, to edit and resubmit. Then the My Survey Attachments folder was visible. Thank you again!
Not sure if this is iOS or Android, but these suggestions should work on both: Why not just delete and re-download the app again? Or, keep the app installed and just complete a survey with attachments (the S123 app should re-create the folder for you automatically).
