Hello GeoNet Community,
University of Richmond has an organization account. A member created a storymap and an admin created a group with update capabilities, and invited members (all user type Publisher) to the group. The owner of the storymap shared the item with the group. Members can see and launch the StoryMap but when they click the Edit button they get an error message saying the story builder can not be loaded. We've reviewed the settings for the group, members, and storymap and the access should be working. Attached are screen shots of settings. Any ideas? Thanks for any help!
