Accessibility error-Aria Label-Visible label and accessible name do not match

Hi. I created a story map and another department reviews for Accessibility Issues. This error keeps coming back: 

When it was opened, looks like issue with Aria label. It says there are 16 issues, which corresponds to 16 images in the storymap.  I have no idea how to fix this.  Here is the link to the storymap: https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/8a397e90f91c499dbabab7cfd3c7de2d

@Crystal_Cowardin - It looks like there is an issue with alternative text not being applied to images in a map tour. We will look into this and report back when we have more information. I apologize that this is affecting your story.

@Crystal_Cowardin - I think we were able to identify the issue, but it appears the story is no longer available. Is it possible for you to reshare it so we can test our fix when it is ready?
