I have point data (100 stations) of a species in an area that comprises approx. 150 km2! My environmental data are total organic carbon, median particle size and mud content!
now i have really a problem, because i dont know, which is the appropriate interpolation method for my approach in arcgis!
another thing i dont understand is: there are no samples along channels within the area which has obviously different environmental conditions, can i just interpolate over this channels or do i have to cut unsampled parts of the entire area?
The datas are for subsequent modellations!
