In ArcGIS 10.2, it seems that occasionally when I spline with barriers the highest values disappear. For example a when splining with barriers from a set of points with thickness values from 0-9.91 the values once splined only go up to 9.5. Could there be something wrong with the original shapefile that causes this effect? Is there some other way to spline within barriers? I would appreciate any help or advice.
