spatial analyst tool

we have a arcgis server license, arcgis desktop license and a esri developer network license.
I would like to know if with these licenses, the spatial analyst tool is unavailable.. does this mean we need to purchase a new license specific for the spatial analyst tool or is it just deactivated?

You can check in your ArcGIS Administrator if you own a license, if it is not there, you would have to buy that extension.

Go to customize menu ==> cotumize mode. Check all include spatial analysis.
