I am trying to calculate Area Solar Radiation from Azerbaijan DEM... I always get the following error: ERROR 010016: Error in calculating horizon and radiation. ERROR 010005: Unable to allocate memory.
This post looks similar. Other than that, it could be related to system memory. Check out the help. It is old, but gets to the point- try closing any other applications or rebooting your machine and also try optimizing virtual memory.
Also, what version of ArcGIS are you using? I see some related support incidents from 9.3 with Windows XP, but it looks like the issues should have been fixed at 10.0.
Im Using arcgis 10. I want to calculate area solar radiation of Azerbaijan for 1 year.. I have 1 question how it calculate arcgis for 2012 solar radiation,2013....2020 how it calculate? sorry for my English
