Looking for an up-to-date corollary for a product called SINMAP 2.0 developed by Utah State University (and others). This product was developed for the ArcGIS 9.x environment using VB6. We have end users that would like to utilize this add-in, but there are security and maintenance issues given that support for this technology was deprecated some time ago.
