River Terraces

Hi,

Does anyone know how to delineate river terraces at specific heights? It would need to take into account the natural changes in elevation of the river. For example, the same terrace that is at a height of 100m downstream may be at a height of 150m further upstream.

Also, I am working on ArcGIS 10 and 10.1. I have spatial analyst and 3d analyst extensions. I've tried downloading the Riparian Topography tools from arcscripts in order to use the Height Above River tool (HAR) (I saw this method on a related forum) but the tools are for version 9.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
