I am trying to reclassify a land use raster downloaded from the USGS seamless server. I have friends who have reclassified these rasters to RUSLE C factor values with no problem. However, when I try to reclassify my rasters, the reclassify tool changes all values to zero. I am trying to reclassify the values (integers) into decimals. Any suggestions? I am using ArcGIS 9.3.
