Ratio Land/Sea within a buffer

Hello,
i can't solve this problem. I am explaining analytically:
i have a DEM with elevations from my country, a shapefile with points of meteorological stations and coastline of my country. I create buffer around the points i.e. with radius of 5 Km. I want to calculate the ratio between sea and land within this buffer zone of 5 Km radius. For example, i want the final result to show that inside the circle of 5 Km the ration (land/sea) is 0.8.
Is there any solution for this?

Since you mentioned a buffer, I would recommend using some of the Zonal Statistics tool. Perhaps the Zonal Statistics as a Table tool would provide the information.  It can report on the number of pixels in each 'Zone.'
