I have been encountering an error when trying to define a route using cost-distance, Cost Path.

all rasters employed have consistent cell size - 20m and projection.
how do you determine a masked cell is in a raster?
Have not encountered this problem when I have employed model in Pro 2.x
Any Ideas, suggestions
