Patch Analyst - nearest neighbour output not appearing

Hello,

I'm trying to use Patch Analyst to collect Nearest Neighbour statistics. All the user guides are very clear that this is one of the outputs given by Patch Analyst.

However, there is no check box to request this information in the Diversity Metrics section of the Spatial Statistics window, and I can't get the output to show this or any of the other fragmentation stats such as Mean Proximity Index.

Does anyone know how I get these outputs?

I'm having the same problem. Did you manage to resolve the problem?

For me, Mean Nearest Neighbour Distance (MNN) does not appear in the Patch Analyst GUI options (only the Patch Grid). In the Patch Grid GUI I get a different result depending whether I use a clumped or un-clumped grid. I also get different results for basic metrics such as number of patches (NUMP) depending whether I use a grid or a shapefile. Any suggestions
