I have 2 foot contours, I have control points and I have DEM's
I am in the Electric Industry
What I would like to do is create maps that look like a plan and profile sheet. A plan an profile sheet shows a sideways view of a transmission/distribution line from point A to point B and it shows the changes in elevation along that length.
I would like to generate sideways views of sections of conductors showing the changes in elevation/slope
Can anyone direct me to a tutorial?
