How to get Network Analysis (Find Routes specifically) in ArcGis 3.1?

I had this option in the 2.9 versioin but had to upgrade to 3.1 due to the application crashing after clicking on symbology. I seem to have lost the Network Analysis tab under Ready to use tools in version 3.1. Does anyone know how do I get it back https://vshare.onl/ ?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by ready to use tools. But if you look at the ribbon on the top and click on the Analysis Tab. Under Workflows you can find a Network Analysis drop down list. 

Also ensure go to licensing, ESRI extensions, and make sure Network Analyst extension is enabled

The Network Analysis tools in the Ready To Use Tools gallery have been deprecated and removed from the Ready To Use Tool gallery in ArcGIS Pro 3.0. Network analysis can be performed with an ArcGIS Enterprise or ArcGIS Online routing service in ArcGIS Pro using network analysis layers. The workflow is the same as when using a network dataset on disk.
