Delete / Set Null Raster Values

Hi,

i have an other problem.
My DEM have some useless values at the edges.  (-32701)

Is there a chance to delete them?
I have allready tried the Tool "Set Null", but i got there an error message. (010423 : <value> does not have valid statistics as required by the operation.)
