I have v10 and Spatial Analyst, how would the Map Calculator expression be if I had a raster DEM (bare earth) and raster "trees" layer and wanted to add them to create a more realistoc elevation layer? Also, how would I create variability (random) values for the tree layer, as tree canopies vary
