Zip Codes and PO Boxes

Hi all,

I have been trying to find out why ArcGIS Business Analyst does not display all PO Box Zip Codes and Unique Zip Codes (Examples: Bank of America Building, Georgia Tech). I am looking for answers to explain to my coworkers and upper management why actual zip codes appear in Business Analyst and PO Box zip codes and Unique Zip Codes do not appear.

I cannot seem to find a straight answer about this anywhere and I was wondering if anybody has an answer for this.

Hi Matthew,
At this time Business Analyst only includes ZIP Codes with actual land area, and therefore those for which demographics can be obtained.  However, we are looking into providing a list of point ZIP Codes in future releases.
