I'm looking for a specific set of variables:
4041 X6061_X 2011 Transportation - Local (Consumer Spending) Intracity Mass Transit Fares Intracity Mass Transit Fares 2011 Consumer Spending
4042 X6061_A 2011 Transportation - Local (Consumer Spending) Intracity Mass Transit Fares: Average Intracity Mass Transit Fares:Avg 2011 Consumer Spending
4043 X6061_I 2011 Transportation - Local (Consumer Spending) Intracity Mass Transit Fares: Index Intracity Mass Transit Fares:Ind 2011 Consumer Spending

but I cant see them or any of the premium data listed.  Previously I had a 2010 premium license installed, and I removed it and installed a 2011 Premium data license.  However, when I select block groups under Demographic Data and go to properties - fields, I still don't see those columns. Am I looking in the wrong place, is my data license wrong, do I need to download additional data?  My version is 10.1 SP1 build 3143.

Karl,

I would double check using the Append Data (Spatial Overlay) tool as one can quickly filter through the big list of variables.  I switched my system back to the 2011 data version and could find those CEX variables with a Standard (formerly called Premium) data license.  I attached a screen shot of my Append Data.  You could also give Esri Customer Service a quick call just to make sure you do have the correct .sdlic data license.
