Stormwater Data Management Solution and inpsections

In the Stormwater Data Management Solution, can you do inspections and have those inspections linked to the point? If it's not already built in, could we use Survey 123 to add a layer to one of the maps? If so, will multiple inspections at 1 location create multiple stacked points, or could it update and be archived as history like in the Tree Management?

What are you performing inspections on?  The Stormwater Data Management Solution provides 4 preconfigured tables for inspections - Outfall, Manholes, BMP and Catch Basins.

I realized after digging a bit more into the layers and tables that it does what I need. Thank you for the response.
