I have had this problem off and on for a while and can't seem to find a solution on the Web.  When I open a map I get the "Please wait while Windows configures ArcGIS9.3.1 Business Analyst" screen pop up.

It wants to 'Use source' [ProductName] DVD #2 and is looking for Setup.msi.

Any help would be appreciated. Below is the output from event viewer:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: MsiInstaller
Event Category: None

Hi Alex,
This is a known issue which is being addressed by Development (NIM:047410).  If you have access to Business Analyst installation DVD #2, simply insert it when prompted, and this will resolve the issue.  If you don't have the DVD handy, you can simply choose Cancel when the error message appears, and Business Analyst will resume without issue.

Also, make sure you have the latest Business Analyst Service pack installed.  To check, open Business Analyst and from the BA toolbar, choose Preferences.  If you do not see build 9.3.1.390 listed, you will want to get the service pack by going to Start > All Programs > ArcGIS > Business Analyst > Check for Updates.  If your firewall prevents this, you can get it manually from here:  http://resources.arcgis.com/content/patches-and-service-packs?fa=viewPatch&PID=78&MetaID=1580

Thanks for the help.  Disk #2 did the trick.
