Site Address numbering only getting odd values

I am working in ArcGIS Pro 3.3 and with the Addressing solution. When I add a site address point, all my address points from the road centerline are odd values. The tool I am using is Site address end of line or driveway. It does not matter if the point is coming from the left or right side of the road. All my values that are generated are odd values. We have to manually change the values for the even side of the road.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated. The solution worked great when it was an add on for ArcMap and we just recently deployed it to ArcGIS Pro as part of an upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3

Thank you in advance

John

Hi @JohnWatermolen_OCGIS, could you share some screenshots and additional details about the scenario. What is the address range on the road your are creating the address points for? What are some example of wrong address numbers being created?

Sorry for such a long delay in the response. I actually opened a ticket with support. The case number is 03768892 and is also tied to an issue of splitting with branch versioning case number 03849471. If you are still monitoring this I can still share. The wrong numbers are with the solution- it only provides odd number addresses, no matter is address from the left or right side of the road.

@JohnWatermolen_OCGIS, yes I would be interested in trying to troubleshoot this with you. Maybe if you could share some screenshots or even a short video demonstrating the problem it might help to see what is causing the issue.

Sorry for the delay- I just watched the video from the UC. Here are the screenshots that I am getting and have shared with Tech Support.

I am trying to get a new Solution set up because the one we are using was customized by a Contractor. Tech support suggested to try setting it up with no customization to see if it behaves the same.

I am trying to do that and is running into errors when I try to define the projection for the new geodatabase- it is a long python error. I am struggling with getting this set up

@JohnWatermolen_OCGIS, the error you are seeing was introduced at Pro 3.4. If you deploy the latest version of the solution (v2.4) in AGOL you can get the latest version of the tool that resolves this issue:
