I am getting an error message and processing fail on the segment roof parts tool in the 3D Basemaps Solutions package. Aside from the Segment Roof Parts tool, I am able to run all tools in the 3D Basemaps Solutions package successfully, including the steps that follow in creating the 3D buildings. Screenshot of the error below. I am running ArcGIS Pro 2.7.2, with 1m accuracy LiDAR data. The LAS dataset created to cover the area as am working with is quite large, but I've tried a variety of potential solutions for this, including filtering and clipping the LAS dataset using the extract LAS tool, but still keep getting the error when I get to the segment roof parts step. What could be causing this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
