Receiving the attached error message when opening Business Analyst MXD

Hi,

When I am trying to open Business Analyst MXD after installing the software, attached error message is coming and am not able to complete the configuration and use the application. I am not sure if there is something wrong with the priviliges or with the installation.

I tried re-installing the application but no success. Kindly advice.

Steps Followed during installation:
1. ArcGIS Desktop + SP1 + SP2
2. ArcGIS Business Analyst Desktop + SP1 + Data SP1 + Data SP2
