Hello,
I am attempting to roll out this product for my organization, and received feedback that the user would appreciate if when Assigning a Plan through the Manager ExB app popup element (see below), that it would change the status of the feature to Assigned.
I believe because this is an HTML it has no feature edit capabilities.
I suppose I could do this a different way using something like Power Automate, I just wanted to see what peoples thoughts were.
Has anyone done this? Is this possible?
Thank you for posting -- that's correct that currently in the Pre-Incident Plan Manager app, plan assignment emails and feature status changes are handled as separate actions. However, our team is currently working on an update of the Pre-Incident Planning solution and your comment has been logged as a potential enhancement for us to review. In the meantime, an external workflow may be worth exploring depending on your needs.
