Pls help. I have never used ArcGIS Solutions before and I am thoroughly confused. When following the little bit of help provided by Esri, I was able to get the package into Pro 3.1.1 but when I do, there are no points. I then looked at the web maps the package provides in AGOL, and still no points. Typically, we use NAD 1983 State plane Texas North Central, so I thought maybe that's why but I changed the coordinate system and nothing changed. We have lead data, how do I attach it to this map?? My manager also mentioned that she wanted to use the template in Pro and than deleted the stuff in AGOL, would that affect my data in Pro? Is there any resource where I can see a thorough walk thru? This is just confusing to me. Pls help, thanks!

You need to create the points in the feature layer and set the fields for utility and customer side status to reflect the values displayed in the legend.

So I am supposed to create a point for every service line? Is there any way to upload .csv or something to share the data? I need to represent a whole county so plotting individual points would be a lot of time. Is this in the Lead Service Line Editor web mapping application? Is there a way to manipulate and add the data in Pro with the package that we add to Pro?

Does that mean that I need to know whether the property has galvanized and utility or customer owned pipe?
