I am working on deploying the Community Risk Reduction Solution. In the "Activities" feature layer there are two fields "equityscore" and "equitysummary." I am trying to find metadata on these fields, to know exactly what they are for and what the inputs would look like.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi, Gary!
The equityscore and equitysummary are generated when an activity is created in the Community Risk Reduction Activity Reporter map, and are visualized in the Effectiveness tab in the Community Risk Reduction Outcomes Dashboard. The Effectiveness tab's purpose is to show how effective risk reduction activities are by type, and it can be used to help CRR program managers plan future activities and events. For example, if station activities are all happening in low-risk areas, planning a community event at a high-risk station could be beneficial.
The Solution is configured to use the CDC's Social Vulnerability Index for the equity score. The equity summary is the plain-language equivalent. You can configure the equityscore and equitysummary in the Community Risk Reduction Activity Reporter map's form. Instructions for this can be found in the Configure vulnerability variable documentation.
