Yes, I got that - but where do I find the attribute data that comes with it?
Looks like the attribute tables of the shapefiles are pretty sparse and do not have an demographic data at least from the couple of download tests that I tried.
It might be that they are separate. At the below link are some tables with some Canada census counts. One would need to perform a table join with the appropriate downloaded spatial layer if creating a color coded map is one of the intents.
