When will 2012/2017 Esri data for Business Analyst be released? Are there any 2012/2017 Esri data whitepapers, methodologies, or variable report listings currently available?

There will be documentation available for and when the Esri 2012/2017 data is released. As far as a release date I am hearing November but that can naturally be subject to change. Historically BAO/CAO will get updated first and with Business Analyst desktop getting released afterwards (though with the online option in desktop these users can stream down the updated data for many of the tools).
