My organization still makes thousands of hard copy maps a year. I can not find a software that allows for content management of hard copy maps that uses filters and tags to search for specify category of maps.
The requirements I am looking for:
- Cataloging features with relevant fields and tags
- On premises system
- Store multiple formats (.pdf, .tif, .jpeg)
- Allow downloading of the maps
- Add storage as needed
- Accessible to all employees on the network
- Logs of which maps are looked at, dates, and by who
- Conduct partial and full inventory
- Backups and Upgrades
