A confusing Place for you to post your question...but in any event did you...
- go to the Customize menu
- select extensions
- toggle on the spatial analyst (or any other extension)?
If not ... do so ... extension are available for use...you have to enable them in order to use them, they are the "key" to the "vehicle" in a manner of speaking
