Plotting contours using a set of points.

Hi,
Has anyone tried plotting contours using a set of points.
I have an algorithm that returns a set of data -> which needs to be displayed on map as contours.
Can any one suggest how to do it?

Hi!
Is there an inbuilt algorithm in ArcGIS Runtime SDK for WPF, that returns Contour data to plot on the Map?
