Add code to function

Hello.
I need to add someone else's code. I do not understand it.
It looks for the layers by clicking the mouse.
The function should return a list of found by clicking the layers, but it was not written until the end, a corresponding entry, please.

I think if I understood the question correctly, you want to identify which layers are hit on mouse click. Performing an identify will do that for you.
