Locator package for iOS app in offline mode

Hi,

We are developing an iOS app for customer who is using ArcGIS 10.2.

For offline mode, we are loading the .tpk file and its working fine.

But to search an address, we asked the customer for locator package and does not contain .locb file. When reading about it in esri forums, came to know that to generate locator package with .locb, customer needs to be on 10.2.1.

Can anyone please help on how to get the search working on iOS with customer being on 10.2
