Anyone else notice this on the front page for the resource center?
"The ArcGIS Resource Center will be down for maintenance and upgrade tonight (6.24.10) from 6-8pm. When it re-opens, you'll see new changes and improvements in content organization and accessibility, searching, and gallery design and usage"
