WGS_1984 to latitude longitude

Hi,

I have a mapView with an OpenStreetMap Layer. the spatialReference of the map is WGS_1984 (wkid 102100). I'm used to work with latitude and longitude (like in Google Maps). How can i convert my latitude and longitude to WGS_1984 or better set my spatial reference to work with latitude and longitude.
For example i would like to center my map on 48.78616600382692 latitude and -2.9740496215820222 longitude with a zoomLevel.
(Paimpol, Brittany, France)

Found a solution with the CoordinateConversion class from the geometry package...
