Simple Marker Symbol with Text

Hello,

Is there a way to represent a point with a regular circle (like in SimpleMarkerSymbol) but with text under it?
The only way i found was to add to symbols to each point - SimpleMarkerSymbol + TextSymbol...
Is there a better way?
