Hello,
I am needing to create an application that will run primarily in a place without internet connection, I need to get the current GPS position and create a mark on a blank map (clean), or need to create the main layer with no map or URL associated with it, tried some ways, but when I add the elements (points, texts, etc) in other layers, whenever an error occurs saying that the main layer there.
