In ArcGis android samples there is a sample called: OfflineEditor

this sample launches a basemap offline file called: SanFrancisco.tpk

How I can generate .tpk file for another region ?

I opened Streets basemap in arcmap 10.2  and I tried to share it as tile package

but arcmap cannot generate a file because this error: 00005 - Layer type is not supported

can I convert this not supported layer to supported ?

or any solution ?

Refer to this post, I think this is what you are looking for. It seems as though this might be supported in version 10.4 release in Q1 2016.

Creating offline tiles (tpk) not working in ArcMap

On data driven pages, some elements should only print on the first page.

For example, a city map is divided into four print sections, printed, cut up, and put back together to create a much larger single wall map.  The legend, north arrow, title, etc.should only print onto one of these pages - not all four.

Forgot to mention - this should be OPTIONAL as these elements are very necessary on all pages for most data driven print jobs.  Thanks.

Set the page size to the actual size required and then use the Tile Map to Printer Paper option from within ArcMap -> File -> Print.

NSWRFS - Yes, this works for a contiguous area as in my "city" example.  However, legends are not always needed on every data driven page - like when creating pages for a manual.
