Setting event editor default scale

Hi folks, we've been having some success getting things up and running, but one seemingly minor issue: does anyone know how the default scale is set within an instance of event editor? Is it coming from the published service and that's the only source that can set it? We can't find anything in the documentation to suggest such a setting within the config file, so we are assuming it is coming from one of the layers we published.

Hello James,

Of course, if you are using ArcGIS Workflow Manager with Roads and Highways then the scale for which your Event Editor loads would likely be defined in the LOI for your job.
