As my title indicates with AGOL -

I have a Rest API Query that works fine from a PHP, however the followup updateFeatures in the same script appears to be clocked by Cloudfront.  I have validated both URIs and processes in postman from my desktop with no issues.

Has anyone run into this and even more important figured out how to address it, or get it addressed by support.  Yes, I Have a ticket open.
